Hello, welcome to my blog. My Culinary Mind and thoughts is a blog where I can able to show any prospective students that who would like to go to this prestigious school. It is to be known was Harvard of Culinary Schools. Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park NY. Though these are my personal thoughts about the school, and my goal is that the prospective students just to think about this school. If you have been accepted to this school, I want you to feel excited about this school. Though I would not give too much and that would be a spoiler. At least I want you to feel excited. Though this blog is I would say divided into two parts. One part would be dedicated to the culinary related and the other part it is just my rambling of my endless mind. Though mostly it is a food blog. I'll also be sharing some other pictures about food or anything from different parts of the internet where I can share and hopefully we can be all inspired.

My Mission of this blog: is to help for any prospective students who are looking to apply at the CIA. For those who have been accepted to the CIA, then I would like to say Congratulations! With this blog I am hoping to help you and able at least to settle down some nerves where you can at least know what is going on at CIA. I may give other suggestions to other blogs because this is all my opinions. Hopefully by reading this I hope you will be feeling more prepared and at least be excited to be at this prestigious school.
If you are any of those above, then I gladly welcome you just to read this blog, and just enjoy what is it like to be a culinary student here.
I will sure to upload any pictures of food and hopefully to give ideas and inspirations.
Last one thing, I want to treat you like a customer in a restaurant. Instead of eating, you will be reading and hopefully just to imagine the food that what it might come up to mind. Once your done reading, I will say please come again and just read more.
