Have Been Busy Lately

Hi and welcome, and sorry for the lack of absence due to the classes here at the CIA. This following post will be dedicated for the classes I had completed for the last 6 weeks, especially for my second semester classes: All these classes at least last for 3 weeks, 14 days.

Meat Identification and Fabrication:
Meat and Poultry textbooks are used for class
In this class where we learn how to id on different cuts of meats, and we also get a chance to fabricate meat  into different cuts.

In this class, you also get a day that is devoted to making sausages. Where the whole process of grinding pork, mixing with seasonings, at least tasting them beforehand for the correct seasonings, and then stuff them into casings.

Seafood Identification and Fabrication:
In this class where learning different types of fish, and learn the knife cuts of fabricating fish into fillets. Learning different cuts of fish and to be able to identify fish is a useful skill in the food industry.
There is 7 days of cutting the fish, and 7 days of lecture with jeopardy each day.

For both of these classes, if you do not had any knowledge or previous knowledge prior to coming here, honestly I learned a lot from both of these classes. Be sure for both of these classes where your knives should be kept sharp!

For academic classes where I had completed Intro to Management. This class last 6 weeks, but meets only two per day per week. This class where looking into the basics of managing people.

Well that is all the classes I had completed and it comes by really quickly, but that is the nature at the CIA.  Hopefully for the next post it will be the 1st semester classes.
